I was born and raised in Hayward. I attended James Logan High School in Union City. During my senior year I attended Fremont Beauty School through the ROP program. I was able to complete the program in November 2007 and I received my Cosmetology licence in December 2007. After completing that, I attended Ohlone College. I began working at All Saints in 2008, as Kids Klub Assistant. In 2011, I began working as the Kindergarten Aide. I am now proudly serving as the First Grade Teacher since 2019.
